I am a home brewer looking to go professional. I am not selling my beers yet since they would have to be brewed in a light industrial zoned building. After all the legal arrangements have been gone through i thought i could brew in one of your kitchens then sell my kegs to local bars to start my business. My system is very portable. And i could produce 30 gallons in 8 hrs. All the people that try my beer think it needs to be available to the general public.
