CookCollective Kitchen is a commercial kitchen offering weekly shift rentals. by the shift catering to the food hall, food festival and, pop-up and small/start-up catering companies in New York City. Our goal is to attract a serious group of businesses working in the same area of the food industry in order to facilitate an empowering community.
CookCollective is open Monday - Saturday, 7:00am - 12:00am. At this time we do not offer 24/7 service.
Before booking time in the CookCollective kitchen, businesses must complete the onboarding process including proof of application for a NY Dept. of Health H25 Entrepreneur Permit, insurance and present a New York City Food Handler's license.
CookCollective has 3 "tiers" of shift rates: "clients" who book 1 shift per week will be charged at $235/shift. "clients" who book 2 shifts per week will be charged $225. "Clients" who book 3+ shifts per week will be charged $195/shift.
Storage is separate and monthly. A security deposit is required at contract signing.
