We are a sandwich shop in Fort Collins, Co. We specialize in slow roasted meats, bison, pork, beef, as well as more exotic fare for specials menu items. We use a shared kitchen 50 hrs per week to do large batch prep items for our restaurant, sauces, pickled and marinated vegetables and a variety of hot sauces that we bottle and sell.
