I plan to make my own syrups (6-8 different flavors) I need space for boiling and straining my syrups. They do not need refrigeration. I use only organic sugar, fruits, and lemons. I am mindful about supporting local farmers and will buy my ingredients from them seasonally as much as possible.. This will be a seasonal business and I’ll serving from a restored vintage trailer that has been modified to meet the health requirements of a commercial kitchen. I plan to serve at local events, private events, and farmers market here in the valley.
