Kaleidoscope Kitchen is an ideal space for entrepreneurs wanting to start or expand their small businesses. The commercial kitchen is certified by the Shelby County Health Department for licensed use by caterers and food producers who sell unpackaged food directly to customers and is also certified by the Tennessee Department of Agriculture for the production and packaging of retail and wholesale food products. Please note that acidified foods, such as shelf-stable pickles and sauces, will require additional paperwork, licenses, and oversight.

A mandatory facility orientation and training course must be attended prior to using the kitchen. This includes new members, employees, and temporary, part-time, and full-time help hired by you.

Please review your Kaleidoscope Kitchen Guidelines for details on rates, fees, policies and procedures.
