Spork Kitchens is located in the city of Napa California and caters to local food producers and enthusiasts. We have a 2400 sq. ft. kitchen with 36 feet of hood space, 4 work spaces and we offer storage (dry, cold, and freezer). Each kitchen rental includes 30 sq. ft. of stainless steel counter space, access to all common equipment, use of a speed rack with sheet pans, day use refrigerator space, towels, and cleaning supplies.

Spork Kitchens is available to it's members 24/7. Our base rental rate is $35 per hour with a two hour minimum per booking. A non-refundable membership fee of $100 is charged on an annual basis. We offer discounted rates for long term, high usage members.

Kitchen rentals require a Napa catering permit or State of California processed food registration, ServSafe Manager certification, and proof of liability insurance.
