SUMMARY

Carrissa began Sensational Sides by Carrissa, to share the delicious recipes that have put smiles on the faces of her friends and family for decades! Carrissa’s family recipes have been handed down through the generations, but Carrissa has added her own delectable twists to those recipes. Yet, above all else, Carrissa takes tremendous pride in cooking with love – hence, the tagline, “Taste the Love & Love the Taste.” The biggest hit has always been the macaroni and cheese, but other favorites include her crab cakes, baked beans, pastas, and soups.

In the catering operations, we expect to cater small, medium and large clients and events. For individual clients, our target market are professionals. For commercial clients, we will cater meetings and events.

Carrissa seeks to grow Sensational Sides by utilizing Flint Foodworks Kitchen as a platform to prepare meals and increase the exposure into the catering business. She completed her Serv Safe course through Mott Community College, where she will graduate from in 2019.
