I am a consultant in the food industry helping small and start-up food manufacturing businesses grow. I help in the areas of process scale-up, quality and regulatory compliance and tech transfer from home kitchen to commercial kitchen, contract manufacturing, brick and mortar and beyond. I am currently working with a client who is in the exploratory phase of creating formulas and making protocepts for a cookie/cracker concept. At present there is no window for launch but the hope is a regional launch in Q1-Q2 2025.
