The Mountain Harvest Kitchen (MHK) is a shared-use processing kitchen and food business incubator located in East Tennessee, in the heart of the vibrant Appalachian food community. We offer the physical space with multiple workstations and commercial equipment, food safety certification courses, workshops and networking opportunities designed to educate and empower food entrepreneurs.

Additionally, the facilities are open to all community members for non-commercial use and classes relating to all things food. Together, let's grow our food community!
