Dr. Hernández’s International Food Trailer & Bar Catering is a start-up international 2-deck and a 1st floor porch food trailer serving American, Italian, Dominican, Puerto Rican, Mexican and Chinese foods as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The food truck menu will be inspired from different countries' specialties, family recipes, or a combination of two cultures to appeal to a diverse range of customers in Central Massachusetts.
The food trailer is located in the town of Southbridge, Massachusetts. The outlook for the future of Central Massachusetts is promising for food trucks (food trailer and food truck will be used interchangeably throughout this document). The food truck will launch on July 1st, 2023. The food trailer will be open twice a week, specifically on Wednesday and Thursday. Dr. Hernández’s International Food Trailer & Bar Catering operational hours will be from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Dr. Hernández’s International Food Trailer & Bar Catering will also be available for catering and private events during the weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) on a first book first serve basis. In addition, our food truck comes fully equipped with music for your continuous enjoyment.
