The RMCC is a 13 year old organisation. The Chef's' Apprenticeship Program is offered through the Rocky Mountain Chefs of Colorado with college credit available through Red Rocks Community College. Classes are held each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings throughout the school year.
