Auntie Ts Salsa, LLC was incorporated in July 2022, after testing the product lines (Mild Cruda, Hot Cruda, Medium Verde, and Bread n Butter Jalapenos) at local Willamette Valley Farmers Markets. Auntie Ts flavor profiles are based on the founder's life experience of growing up in the Oaxacan Mexican culture of her step-father, along with her 23 year Phoenix, AZ residency and exposure to many different Mexican style salsas and influences. Auntie T's Salsa continues the traditional methods of Mexican style salsas, while infusing her Italian roots into the flavor profiles. All salsas are made fresh, are pantry shelf sustainable, and do not use preservatives other than natural stability methods (natural acids and thermo-processing.) When it comes to fresh ingredients, Auntie Ts believes in the support of our regional small businesses and farmers and sources produce and other ingredients seasonally from just such businesses. During the down season, Auntie Ts Salsa relies on small grocers (sourcing from Oregon vendors) and other local "supermercados" for fresh ingredients. Currently, Auntie Ts Salsa products can be found at various farmers markets, small farm stores. In 2023, we completed the rebranding and packaging, created a website, with online ordering, and now have a social media presence on FB and IG = @AuntieTsSalsa. In 2024, we will be expanding our presence throughout the Willamette Valley and moving into more food service opportunities. In the meantime, anyone can order products at https://www.AuntieTsSalsa.com, via text to 602-579-3815 or email at [email protected].
