Meraki Soul is a food organization dedicated to creating nourishing foods and beverages for the soul by cooking with love and supporting local farmers in the metro Atlanta and surrounding areas. Meraki means to put all your love, heart, and soul into the work you do.
We believe that our bodies are our temples, and that eating clean, local and seasonal foods aids in improving one’s overall health and well-being. What we eat matters just as much as where we eat and where our food comes from. Intentionally choosing this plays a large role in building community.
One of our goals is to aid in bridging the gap between local farmers and everyday consumers and to teach community members that there are more options for food than what’s provided at big-box chain grocery stores.
