Located in St. John's Episcopal Church in the historic West End neighborhood of Bridgeport, CT zoning approval was obtained in early 2017 to allow for commercial food businesses to rent the existing commercial kitchen space. The kitchen is available to rent by food businesses on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and dry storage is available for an extra monthly fee. Shifts must be booked in 4+ hour increments, and the rental fee is as follows:
1 shift per month (4 hours min.): $20/hr; $80+/mo
2 shifts per month (8 hours min.): $19/hr; $152+/mo
3 shifts per month (12 hours min.): $18/hr; $216+/mo
