At Heart Panaderia specializes in hyper-local to Georgia pan dulce. Our conchas, cake slices, canela rolls, and other pan (bread) are all made with local butter, eggs, flour and milk -- a conscious choice to support other small local businesses, as well as use only the best ingredients.
The At Heart menu changes all the time, reflecting the best of what's available locally in each season. At Heart believes in serving the community beyond just selling our baked goods directly; we also have a Pay What You Can model where anyone who is facing food insecurity can pay any dollar amount for their pan even $1 or less, no questions asked. Additionally, At Heart gives any leftover test bakes to our local community pantry.
