North Fork Oyster Company grows some of the best oysters from Long Island. Our off-bottom farm is one of the few located in the nutrient rich waters of Long Island Sound, giving our oysters a delicious flavor profile, sweet, succulent, with a punch of brine. Our "Sound Sweets" can be found on the menu at the world famous Grand Central Oyster Bar.
