We operate two shared commercial kitchens in Somerville, MA– licensed and fully equipped for use by culinary businesses, cooking classes, events, and pop-ups. Our members include small to mid-size caterers, specialty food makers, spice and sauce makers, coffee and tea caterers, ethnic cooking classes, and much more!
In addition to renting our facilities on an hourly basis, we also offer consultancy on business start-up & permitting, assistance with catering & events, Food Safety (ServSafe) classes, and hosting of community events and pop-ups.
