Catapano Pasta Co specializes in Italian style pasta and pasta sauces! Using only the best local eggs and Italian 00 flour, our most popular pasta uses only egg yolks, 00 flour, semolina flour and salt. It is extremely rich, which is why we call it "Rich Pasta."
Currently we are working on our website (CatapanoPasta.com), which is one of the ways to purchase our pasta. We will also have a booth at the Richland Park farmers market every Saturday starting in May. We are also teaming up with Bells Bend Farm and will be included in his weekly CSA farm boxes, where one will have the option to include fresh pasta and pasta sauce along with their produce!
