The Ennovation Center is a shared commercial kitchen business incubator that focuses on helping business grow. The kitchen rate is $17.00 per hour, however there is a fixed minimum profile of $170.00 (not inc processing) per month which includes 10 hours of kitchen time.

The Ennovation Center does require application approval prior to being verified to use the kitchen. Please contact the Ennovation Center at for our helpful Getting Started Guide and the EC Application.

Bookings must be done a minimum of 24 hours in advance and cancellations have a 2 hour notice. We understand that time in the kitchen may change. Every client is responsible for their accuracy of their own booking time, to report time in the kitchen honestly, and to provide us feedback on our facility if there is a problem with scheduling or during their scheduled time in the kitchen.

The Ennovation Center commercial kitchen incubator is open 24/7 for qualified clients and as scheduling allows. There are six (6) kitchens and a packaging space within the incubator to schedule.

Because the Ennovation Center is focused on building business, it is necessary to be a business to utilize - we require companies utilizing the space to have their appropriate business filings and regulatory information readily available. The staff at the Ennovation Center are trained business advisers and help new companies walk through the business planning and development process, from the "I have an idea" stage to production. This is an organic process, driven by the business owner, at the company's own pace.
