Fershawnda Green, Director of operations has birthed Poppin plates. She has taken two decades of food service experience and applied it in a way to help emerging entrepreneurs like herself successfully succeed in the food service industry. Fershawnda has successfully taken on many roles throughout her food service tenure from holding roles as a chef's assistant and Chef on Cruise Line's and other food service establishments. Fershawnda has a love for learning so she didn't stop with the BOH knowledge she enhanced her span by learning the FOH which lead to her managing various food service brands as a Restaurant Manager and General Manager throughout the city of Chicago and Suburbs for the past twelve years her passion has always been to teach up and coming culinary students on how to win in this industry. Last year she started a F&B consultant firm that focused on emerging entrepreneurs looking to break into the Food and Beverage industry legally. After seeing all the struggles her clients were facing she decided she wanted to take her business to the next level that would give her clients a one stop shop for all their food service needs.
