I have been involved in the Colleton Commercial Kitchen since its late design stages. I quickly gained experience working behind the scenes in the kitchen, learning business strategies and developing the marketing for the kitchen. I became Kitchen Manager shortly after it opened and it has since gone from strength to strength. I pride myself in being a people person who is heavily invested in this project and my hometown in which it lay. I believe strongly in the power of small business and the phrase "grow local, buy local, eat local" which contribute heavily to the sustainability of any size community. I welcome any challenge that is to the benefit of us all.
