· Provide potential clients with a catering menu, set up, and take down pricing packets.
· Creates samples for potential clients at football, cheerleading, and other functions, with the permission of the park administration first.
· Catered weddings, hosted seafood boils, and buffet style service at sorority and fraternity events.
· Continuously researching new recipes and test them as well as conduct taste tests with family, friends, and neighboring businesses.
