Southerner by birth, I have been baking for my family for 25+ years. We moved out to Jackson Hole in 2003 and in 2011 Jackson Hole Cookie Company was born. We baked and provided shortbread cookies in all of the gift shops and some grocery stores, throughout Yellowstone and the region. Commercial bakery rent was getting higher so we had to make the choice to shut it down. Upon moving to Colorado Springs in 2014 I needed to find something to do so I began going to farmers markets. In 2015 Kneading to Bake was born. Being at the markets helped fine tune what people and customers kept asking for. I'm still taking baby steps and trying to find my way but the business is beginning to grow as I get my name out there. Hoping to do more than just bake but to touch the lives of those whom I meet.
