I Started my journey in the kitchen at a young age, I learned to cook from my mother, who was born in Madrid, Spain. We lived in South America during my formative years, and I would watch my mother make delicious dishes, often bean dishes, using farm-fresh ingredients. Because the end result was preservative free, we would pack them and freeze them to be used at a later date. Today my aim is to share those distinctive flavors and natural ways of cooking and packaging with the consumer. Taste and health does not have to be compromised when a ready to eat product is made.
