Kate is a career nurse who decided to finally learn how to cook. She started culinary school at Cincinnati State in the fall of 2016 and anticipates receiving her Culinary Certificate in December 2017. She became intrigued with bone stock as she learned to create a variety of stocks in the kitchens at school and home. She continues to read about its nutritional value and discover the many ways to cook with stock and enjoy its flavor as a warm and nourishing drink.
