After years of working in various industries of food service, hospitality, sales, and business management, entrepreneurs Dustin and Abigail decided to embark on the journey of owning and operating a commissary kitchen in the heart of their hometown Richland Washington. Inspired by the food scene while living in Bend Oregon, Abigail and Dustin would like to help build a local based food scene throughout the Mid-Columbia.
We seek to be a hub of knowledge and resources that help small businesses in our area grow. We wish to equip those around us with effective tools for the betterment of themselves, and in turn, the improvement of our community. It is our desire to continue to invest in those around us, inspiring innovative ideas, creative problem solving, accurate communication, and providing opportunities for growth within our kitchen community.
Culinary Commissary has the end goal of attracting more diverse, high quality food to the area, and we will serve this community and in turn grow our business. Culinary Commissary will embody our mission statement by providing the service of a commercial kitchen space for local food trucks and small business start ups in the food industry of the Tri Cities. Culinary Commissary will include different types of kitchen, storage, and office spaces for rent.
