I am the director of operations for Chef Space. I have years of experience in the food industry, from cooking and managing front and back of house operations in fast food and fine dining settings, to operating my own pizza kitchen for a few years. Most recently I spent time as a sanitarian for Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness. At Chef Space I am able to use my skills and expertise to manage the day to day while watching new business owners thrive and begin their own venture through our programs, services, and resources.
